2. Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the event.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods as stated on our website.
Failure to make full payment before the event may result in cancellation without a refund.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
If Glow Photobooths cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be arranged.
4. Service Duration and Setup
The photobooth will be available for the agreed-upon duration stated in the booking confirmation.
Setup and breakdown time is not included in the hire duration and will be handled by our team.
If extra time is required, additional charges may apply.
5. Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, power supply, and shelter (if outdoors) for the photobooth.
Glow Photobooths is not liable for any venue restrictions that may prevent setup.
6. Use of Equipment
Clients and guests must use the photobooth equipment responsibly.
Any damage to the equipment due to negligence, misuse, or vandalism will be charged to the client.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves inappropriately.
7. Image Usage and Privacy
By using our services, you grant Glow Photobooths permission to use photos taken at your event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Personal data provided during booking will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability and Indemnity
Glow Photobooths is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event due to the use of our services.
The client agrees to indemnify Glow Photobooths against any claims related to the event.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or service failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power failures, or venue-related issues.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
